Elisa Cocito Dario

Vino Rosato Elisa

— Vintage

Tasting Notes

Dedicated to a daughter, Elisa, who like shades of a sunset grows, releasing your increasingly intense colors.

Delicate colors tending toward cherry of a deep sunset accompany the fine and persistent nose highlighting floral and fruity notes.

The flavor awakens the taste buds with the intensity of fresh fruit, which flows leaving a slight tannic touch due to the noble grape’s signature and a long, harmonious palate.

It is suitable for drinking as an aperitif served at an optimal temperature of 12-14°C, or as a meal accompanying white meat or fish dishes. Sweet-and-sour dishes are not recommended.

This wine is perfect for those who like fruity, smooth wines.
