Unlike many other wineries, at our winery you will not find pre-established tourist routes, exhibitions or displays dedicated to visitors. What we offer is a simple and authentic experience: you will enter the places where we work every day, see with your own eyes how our wines are made.
You will be welcomed by members of the Cocito family, ready to satisfy your curiosity and share with you our history, anecdotes and secrets of our daily work.
Weather and season permitting, your visit begins in our vineyards, where you will have the opportunity to understand the vegetative stages of the vine and the work that goes on throughout the year.
We will walk together through the rows of Barbera, our main variety, and explain the importance of terroir and the sustainable techniques we employ to ensure the quality of our products.
After the walk through the vineyards, we will take youto the winemaking rooms, where the process of turning grapes into wine comes to life. Here we have the stainless steel tanks used for fermentation, a crucial step that defines character and aroma.
We will then continue to the winery’s barrique cellar, a fascinating place steeped in history, where oak barrels guard our wines during aging. Here, among the scent of wood and the silence of the barrels, you will have the opportunity to understand how time and careful care transform wine, making it unique and precious.
Tasting by the lake
To make your experience even more memorable, we offer you the opportunity to have an exclusive tasting at our charming St. Agnes Lake, located just minutes from our winery.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature and immersed in an atmosphere of peace and serenity, the lake is the perfect setting for tasting our wines.
Here, accompanied by the reflection of the sky on the water and the song of nature, you can savor the authentic tastes of our labels, letting yourself be enveloped by the beauty of a landscape that makes us fall in love every day.
The Tasting
This is the time when you become the protagonist: you will have the opportunity tochoose which labels you wish to taste, while we guide you through the tasting to best appreciate the aromas, flavors and nuances of our wines.
If you want to have a truly unique experience, visit the winery during the wine aging period: you can taste directly from the barrel! This is a rare and special opportunity to discover wine in its purest form, still evolving.
Along with the wines, we will serve you local specialties: cured meats from local butchers, the tomina of Moasca and delicious breadsticks made in Agliano.
These are genuine km 0 products rich in flavor, which go perfectly with our wines, enhancing their characteristics and making the tasting a complete and unforgettable experience.

We are also ready to welcome large groups, offering an experience tailored to everyone’s needs. We organize tours in French and English, available on weekends and by reservation on weekdays, to ensure a warm and professional welcome for all our guests.
