Grape varieties: Barbera 70% Dolcetto 30%.
Production area: Piedmont – produced from vineyards lying on the sunny hills of Monferrato in Agliano Terme ASTI.
Method of production: The soft pressing of the grapes takes place after a brief period of maceration. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks with a period of maturation on its fermentation lees.
Organoleptic properties: Lively and brilliant red color. Characteristic scent, delicate with hints of fresh fruit. Harmonious and fragrant on the palate, with a neutral, slightly bitter finish reminiscent of cherries.
Alcohol content: 12.5 %.
Preservation: To fully appreciate its fragrance it should be consumed when the wine is still young. Store the bottles in a cool place.
Paired with: Perfect as an aperitif, excellent with appetizers, fresh and seasoned cold cuts and cheese, risotti and ligth meats. This is perfetc match for grilled fish, seafood, especially shellfish and vegetarian dishes too.
Served: Serve at a temperature between 8-10 C°.
