Production area: Piedmont – produced from vineyards lying on the sunny hills of Monferrato in Agliano Terme ASTI
Method of production: After the grapes are softly pressed, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks with a period of maturation on its fermentation lees.
Organoleptic properties: Pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Characteristic scent, delicate with apple and floral hints. Full-bodied, soft and fragrant taste on the palate. It has good sapidity and freshness.
Alcohol content: 11.50%
Preservation: To fully appreciate its fragrance it should be consumed when the wine is still young. Store the bottles in a cool place.
Paired with: Fish, risotto and white meat dishes.
Served: Serve at a temperature between 8-10 C°
