Production area: Piedmont – produced from vineyards lying on the sunny hills of Monferrato in Costigliole D’ASTI
Method of production: after the grapes are softly pressed, fermentation begins taking place in temperature-controlled stainless steel autoclaves.
Organoleptic properties: pale straw-yellow color, creamy and durable froth. Delicate aromatic scents with hints of sage and sweet citrus. The taste is sweet, fresh and persistent, with an aromatic and sweet finale.
Alcohol content: 5.50%
Preservation: to appreciate its full fragrance it should be consumed when still young. The bottles should be preserved in a cool place.
Paired with: sweets such as tarts and dry pastries
Served: serve at a temperature between 8-10 C°
