Organoleptic properties: pale straw-yellow color, creamy and durable froth. Delicate aromatic scents with hints of sage and sweet citrus. The taste is sweet, fresh and persistent, with an aromatic and sweet finale
Alcohol content: 5%
Preservation: to appreciate its full fragrance it should be consumed when still young. The bottles should be preserved in a cool place
Paired with: a perfect wine dessert with ice-cream, sweet such as tarts and dry pastries, fruit desserts expecially with strawberries and peaches. Interesting pairing with blue cheese as Gorgonzola
Served: serve at a temperature between 8-10 C°
