Grape varieties: Dolcetto
Production area: Piedmont – produced from vineyards lying on the sunny hills of Monferrato in Agliano Terme ASTI
Method of production: Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, with little maceration so as to enhance the fruity scents.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel.
Organoleptic properties: Intense ruby red color, with vibrant purple hues. Bouquet: vinous and fruity, with hints of cherry, plum and blackberry. A wine that is full and soft with a dry taste, characterized by a dry and pleasant almond finish.
Alcohol content: 13 %
Preservation: Preferably, it should be consumed within the first two years after the harvest. Store in a cool, dark place, preferably with the bottles lying horizontally.
Paired with: Antipasti, pasta dishes and white meats.
Served: Serve at a temperature between 15-16 C°
