Method of production: Fermentation takes place in contact with the grape skins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel.
Organoleptic properties: Light ruby red color, with grainy nuances after aging. Bouquet: typical and delicate. Often hints at smooth and pleasant tannin scents. The flavor is dry and lively. A unique aftertaste with a hint of rose.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Preservation: Ideally, it should be consumed within the first two years of production. Store in a cool and dry place, and ideally the bottles should be stored horizontally.
Paired with: Pasta dishes and meat in general (and fish soup served at a temperature between 7-8 C°).
Served: Serve at a temperature between 13-14 C°
